As a non-profit organization, Changing Hearts is committed to enabling a wide range of ex-offenders who want to successfully reintegrate into their communities following their incarceration. People of different ages, nationalities, temperaments, and origins make up our audience, but they are all drawn together by the desire to change their life after being incarcerated. With a strong dedication to lowering recidivism, we prioritize mental health, mentorship, and empowerment support groups while guaranteeing access to crucial social resources for stability and medical care. Furthermore, we help people in low access areas by giving essential supplies and support to those in need.
